Meet Our Founder

Patsy (James) Neal, Senior Agent and President, founded Patrishka’s Insurance Agency in Hollywood, Florida in early 2005.  Her prior years of experience working as an insurance agent for other companies  taught her that ultimately, clients need complete professional and personalized service.  Not just a certificate of coverage.  She developed a passion and zeal like none other for delivering superior customer service to her clients.  This desire is what inspired her to start her own agency. 
  
Patrishka’s was founded on two principles that remain eternally true:

In 2005 after Hurricane Wilma, Patsy (James) Neal of Patrishka’s Insurance Agency founder was recognized by the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office’s Newsletter “The Advisor” for her outstanding customer service to her clients.
